Deciding what to get teenagers for Christmas can be a challenge. Luckily, Christmas wishlists can help — but they’re not super useful if you don’t even know what the items the teens want are. Teen Mom alum Corey Simms ran into this issue when shopping for his daughters Ali and Aleeah, 14, whom he shares with ex Leah Messer. Ali and Aleeah told their 35-year-old dad that they’d like Lululemon products for Christmas, which didn’t seem like a problem to Corey at first.

He thought Lululemon products would be cheap.
In a video shared on TikTok, Corey admitted that he thought Lululemon was a cartoon. “They girls told me that they like Lululemon, and that’s what they would like for Christmas,” he said in the video. “I was like, ‘Okay, that’s cool. It’s probably, like, really cheap. It’s like a cartoon, I think.'”
He Googled 'Lululemon' and realized that he was completely wrong.
The search results surprised Corey. By Googling “Lululemon,” Corey realized that his daughters actually want expensive activewear. “Whoa, this is not a cartoon,” he realized. “This is not what I thought it was.”

He realized that his daughters have 'bougie' taste.
Based on their Christmas wishlists, Corey’s daughters are growing up and their interests are clearly evolving. But their dad also believes that they have “very bougie taste.” When not on sale, Lululemon leggings cost between $88 and $168, according to the brand’s website.
“Here we are,” Corey said in the video. “With some teenage daughters that have some very bougie taste.”
He joked about the impact Christmas would have on his bank account.
Though Corey was shocked, he seemed to accept the fact that his daughters are now interested in more luxurious products. “Pray for me this Christmas in my bank account,” he joked. He captioned his video with, “Tis the season aye ?”
Fans thought it was hilarious — and warned him that it will get worse.
In the comments, people laughed at Corey for thinking that Lululemon was probably a cartoon.
One fan called the assumption “such a dad response.”
But many parents of teens could relate to the Teen Mom alum’s struggles.
“I got the list for LuLuLemon, Uggs, Legacy Nike, and Sephora. I am not ok,” one person commented.
Another wrote, “I feel you. Lululemon & Uggs over here for my 14 year old.”
Some parents warned Corey that his kids’ Christmas lists will probably get more expensive over time.
“Get ur wallet ready,” one person warned.
Another commented: “I’m cracking up. it gets worse from here my guy I promise.”
