As Megan Fox prepares to welcome her fourth baby (and her first with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly), she is getting candid about how her other kids reacted to her pregnancy news. The 38-year-old actress is mom to Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8, whom she shares with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green, 51. Machine Gun Kelly also has a daughter, Casie, 15, whom he shares with ex Emma Cannon.

Megan's kids are 'super excited' to welcome their new sibling to the family.
Sharing pregnancy news with your kiddos can lead to mixed reactions, as some children may not be receptive to the idea of having a younger sibling. Luckily, Megan said her kids had a positive reaction when they learned that she’s expecting. “The kids are all super excited for another addition to the family and have promised to help out and pitch in,” the actress told People.
She first shared her baby news with the public in November.
On November 11, Megan shared her pregnancy new with the world via a simple Instagram post. The post included two images: one that showcased Megan’s baby bump and another of a positive pregnancy test. She wrote in her caption, “nothing is ever really lost. welcome back.”

Previously, Megan opened up about suffering a miscarriage.
In November 2023, almost exactly a year before she shared her pregnancy news with the world, Megan published a book of poetry titled Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. In a series of vulnerable poems, Megan wrote about her miscarriage. “I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh,” she wrote. In another line, she continued with, “but now / I have to say / goodbye.”
MGK also wrote about the miscarriage.
While promoting her book on Good Morning America, Megan shared that she experienced the miscarriage alongside her fiancĂ©. Months later, MGK released a new song in which he opened up about their loss. “How can I live with the fact / That my hand wasn’t on her stomach when we lost the baby,” he said in the song, which is titled “dont let me go.”
MGK is preparing for his little one's arrival.
About two weeks after Megan shared her pregnancy news on Instagram, MGK spoke up about the news on social media. On X (formerly Twitter), the singer shared an update on his music. “Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch. When inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time,” he wrote. “Donât worry. After all, I’m about to be a dad again!”
